We booked Nicki to create a Croquembouche for our wedding and it turned out even better than we'd expected. Nicki created and delivered a stunning and delicious tower, that we caught people going back for seconds of! The fact that the tower didn't need to be refrigerated also simplified the flow of the day and was a real bonus. Not only that but Nicki completely took the stress out of this aspect of our day, we let her know what we wanted and that was it, the Croquembouche tower was at the venue and ready to go in the morning before I was!
